Upon completion of the national test, students will receive a National certification to work in that particular field of study from MedCa or NHA.  This will be at the beginner level.  The prep must be passed with 75% in order to continue on with the national. This is not a State certification. National is a higher level than state.  Currently the state and national certification is optional for Phlebotomy and Medical assistant, but lawmakers say it may be required in the future.

If a participant cancels more than 7 days before the course start date, a refund will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee. 

Participants may reschedule to the next available course date.

• If a participant withdraws after the first day, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of the course completed.
• Participants may request to substitute another eligible individual in their place, subject to approval.
• No refunds or substitutions will be issued once more than 50% of the course has been completed.

Please Note: Refunds will not be issued if the participant does not achieve a passing score of 70% or higher

Anyone with more than 2 unexcused absences will be discussed with administration to determine further action.
